We are in the people business.We're experiencing tremendous growth; and looking to expand the best team we've ever been a part of, in an effort to better serve the people that we get to connect with on a daily basis.What will a Lot Operations Assistant do?
  • Transport vehicles between locations as needed.
  • Prepare wholesale vehicles as directed by management.
  • Remove blockers every morning at start of shift.
  • Be on command for purchase guide pickup at church parking lot.
  • Transport vehicles to 3rd party vendors as needed.
  • Communicate with management on service vehicle needs.
  • Keep lots neat and orderly, ensuring all spots are filled.
  • Make sure all vehicles have buyers guides and stock tags on lot. Neat and professional.
  • Fill vehicles with fuel as needed.
  • Wash cars and keep lot maintenance organized.
  • Utilize software to properly identify, track and assign workflow within the inventory management systems (mobile app and desktop)
  • Work directly with sales management on overseeing daily responsibilities
  • Model and demonstrate ClearShift Core Values in all aspects of the role.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Littleton, CO, 80126: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires. All accepted offers are contingent on successful completion of the checks and prior offenses can impact employment based on the severity and/or nature of the offense. If an offense found on the reports is in violation of the ClearShift policies, the new hire will receive an adverse action letter with options for next steps.
