- Function as the primary contact for specific employee benefits accounts for service requests and issues.
- Manage the renewal process including; holding internal and external pre-renewal strategy meetings, directing the marketing process, and assisting in the preparation of the renewal proposal.
- Establish, implement, and manage service timelines that meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their employees on any claims, enrollment, or billing issues.
- Communicate and consult with clients on compliance requirements including, but not limited to ACA, Annual Notices, SPDs, and 5500s
- Continuously stay up-to-date on what is changing in the industry
- Ensure the Agent Management System is current
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Advisors and other team members to provide benefit guides, open enrollment materials, proposals, and other resources
