
Mid-Level Technical Expert

- Provide strategic planning for large projects or significant project segments.
- Ensure technical direction and implementation consistency across multiple development teams.
- Assist government stakeholders in establishing and maintaining technical strategic direction.
- Analyze and solve complex technical challenges using industry best practices.
- Maintain deep understanding of production systems and evaluate impacts of future changes.
- Advise government decision-makers on best approaches to resolving technical challenges.
- Document solutions, strategies, and project plans for implementation by development teams.
- Guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with technical strategy.
- Identify, track, and report progress against project milestones.
- Support preparation of key strategic planning documentation, including OMB Form 300.
- Contribute to performance metrics and deliverables while ensuring project quality standards are met.
- US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or we can sponsor your Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience; equivalent certifications or proven work experience may be considered in lieu of direct years.

- Ability to apply originality and innovation to broad and complex assignments.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop methodologies and present solutions independently.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with latitude in planning and decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively advise stakeholders and document strategies.
- Experience guiding and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with federal government processes and technical documentation standards.
