Director of Nursing

• The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, medication administration, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Oversee and coordinate care provided by licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and document findings accurately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with previous experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Director of Nursing (DON) experience is a plus.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Availability for occasional weekend coverage and willingness to be on-call as needed.
