It also requires participation in a 24/7 on-call schedule, which will include holiday support.Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate operational excellence on a team that evaluates legal risk and user privacy in the world centered around child safety
- Assume responsibility of an inbound review queue made up of internal escalations related to the most vulnerable users in our community
- Be aware of and willing to operate in a work environment with sensitive content that includes child sexual abuse, exploitation and other material that may be considered offensive or disturbing
- Execute on repetitive core work tasks while maintaining attention to detail and keeping an eye out for potential process improvements
- Conduct review of both live/historical user generated content with a detail-oriented approach and in accordance with team guidance for reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in content moderation
- Relevant Trust and Safety Team experience- especially global markets
- Knowledge of child safety policies and/or legislation (e.g., civil and criminal subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, NCMEC Reports)
- Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, child safety, and other potentially objectionable material
- Ability to work successfully in cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:
