- Prepare a large volume of content for publishing in social media publishing platforms and publish each post in real-time through social platforms.
- Maintain a rigorous posting schedule across up to 10 social media platforms
- Oversee the quality control of every post before it goes live.
- Manage workflows simultaneously and get ahead of any shifts in timelines or scheduling.
- Report feedback from users and escalating any issues promptly.
- Capture important data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities.
- Maintain thoughtfulness around content publishing across file types and platforms.
- Evaluate content against business criteria and flag any potential risks.
- 3+ years experience in community management on behalf of a brand.
- 3+ years of experience posting a high volume of content across channels and platforms such as X, YouTube, Giphy, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- You'll have a deep passion for entertainment and entertainment fandoms
- You'll be great at scrutinizing work and picking up on errors before it goes live.
- You'll understand mainstream social media audiences and pop culture globally.
- Somebody who is creative and open to join team brainstorms, utilizing their community knowledge to build content ideas.
- Must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats.
