Primary stakeholders include ENT physicians, Medical Oncologists, Oncology Surgeons, and Pathologists. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the ENT oncology landscape, clinical fluency, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems while building trusted, value-driven relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on driving growth and account penetration
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders and decision-makers within high-impact accounts
- Promote the integration of innovative molecular diagnostics into routine clinical practice
- Drive new business development while deepening existing relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver compelling, clinically focused education to providers and care teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize territory performance and account success
- Monitor market trends, track performance metrics, and uncover new business opportunities
- Act as a trusted clinical resource within the ENT oncology community
- Represent the company with professionalism, transparency, and integrity in all interactions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in oncology diagnostics, surgical specialties, or medical device sales; ENT and oncology experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of both academic and community oncology markets, precision medicine, and the healthcare reimbursement environment
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude, especially in molecular diagnostics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel ~75% (road and air)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

- Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage at a peer level with providers
