This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety.💰 What We Offer:
$25.00–$30.00/hour based on experience Estimated at $72,000.00-$98.000.00 Per Year
$150/month tool allowance + annual boot stipend

Consistent hours: 50–60 hrs/week, Mon–Fri + some Saturdays

🛠️ What You’ll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance & inspections
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues
Handle on-road breakdowns and emergency calls
Keep shop clean, organized, and safe
Accurately document all work performed
✅ Requirements:
3+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
ASE cert and CDL (A or B) a strong plus
Reliable, hard-working, and safety-minded
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
