
Diaphragm Support Operator - B Shift (M-TH 3:30PM-2AM)

- Perform Diaphragm Support Operator duties including but not limited to deburr of steam and/or gas turbine components, band match operation, keys and wax operation, nozzle area adjustments, blast cleaning
- Follow methods, planning, drawings, and detailed verbal and written instructions
- Interface with team members including engineering, quality, and production control
- Perform material handling duties as required [fork truck operation required]
- Safely perform required rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipment
- Perform operator preventative maintenance per workstation standards
- May perform box/pack/ship functions including but not limited to preserving, packaging and crating components (includes using power tools); maintaining accurate packing lists and records; and loading shipments on transport vehicles.
- May be required to provide production line support (i.e. water spider)
- Communicate effectively and work well with others
- Maintain accurate written and computer records
- Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma / GED
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work B shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM; Monday - Thursday).
