Job Description: Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst (Product Owner Track)Core ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).Act as a Product Owner, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions for global, enterprise-level environments.Oversee enterprise-scale tag migrations (e.g., server-side Adobe Analytics across 100 profiles and hundreds of sites).Drive consent management strategies to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance across all data collection activities.Manage cross-functional collaboration with marketing, compliance, engineering, and global technical teams.Optimize site and app performance through improved tagging architecture, with a proven track record of reducing load times by 30% .Enable global/multi-market campaign execution, ensuring multi-language compliance and accurate measurement.Conduct customer journey analysis to identify opportunities to improve KPIs (e.g., CSAT, conversion rates).Mentor and guide small to mid-sized technical teams while remaining hands-on in solution design and delivery.Essential Qualifications, Skills, and TechnologiesExperience: 12–15 years of overall IT/analytics experience, with at least 7 years in digital analytics implementation.Recent Expertise: 3–5 years of recent, hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Tealium in large-scale enterprise environments.Core Tools & Platforms:Adobe Analytics (custom implementation, tagging, dashboards)Tealium iQ (tag management, profile setup, integrations)Tealium AudienceStream (CDP, segmentation, personalization)Adobe Target (A/B testing, personalization)Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)Technical Proficiency:API integration and testing (REST, SOAP, Postman, Splunk)JavaScript-based tracking solutions and 3rd-party data integrations (DoubleClick, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Power BI for data visualizationDatabases: MySQLScripting/programming familiarity: Python (for automation and data manipulation)Mobile Analytics: Strong understanding of capturing and designing analytics solutions for native iOS and Android apps (no coding required, but solid knowledge of SDKs and data flow).Leadership & Collaboration: Proven history of leading global teams, engaging stakeholders, and bridging technical and business objectives.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or ExperienceCertifications:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)Tealium iQ Product CertificationData Analyst Program Certification (UT Austin or equivalent)Advanced technical degree: Master's in Computer Management or related field.Experience driving customer personalization and segmentation strategies using CDP platforms.Familiarity with additional data privacy frameworks beyond GDPR/CCPA.Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations in enterprise environments.
