  • Outgoing, proactive personality with a strong drive to meet goals
  • Knowledge of current agricultural practices
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. as well as sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
  • Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to form customer relationships
  • Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
  • Mathematical skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
Preferred Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture-related field
  • 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or a related field
