The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Agile Project Management methods, including SAFe principles, Scrum, and traditional project management techniques.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive, plan, and coordinate scope of work with Product Owners and team members
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Product Owners to drive team success
  • Facilitate SAFe and Scrum ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and coordinate program increment planning
  • Remove impediments, shield the team, and ensure team productivity and efficiency
  • Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and scope of work
  • Assist with budgeting, resource management, and program performance management
  • Generate and update traditional program and agile reports to communicate project progress and status to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Experience in managing teams in a hybrid environment of project management and agile methods
  • Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices
  • Working knowledge of Scrum practices and artifacts (such as cadences, writing and estimating stories and managing scope of work in tools).
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
  • Moderate to advanced level of experience in Jira, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Moderate to advanced level of experience with SAP systems, such as Focused Build, SAP ERP, ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Ability to supporting risk, governance, and dependency management.
  • Experience working with integrated master schedules (IMS) or project plans to track critical path and ensure successful execution of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Agile, SAFe, Scrum Master, or project management certifications
  • US Citizenship required for this role
Desired skills
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business domain
  • Experience with Oracle EPM and/or Hyperion
  • Working experience in Jira plug-ins, such as Agile Hive
  • Certification or working knowledge of Structure, Tableau, Automation tools, or AI
  • Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
