Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Accreditation & Professional Regulation, where you'll lead efforts to secure and maintain regulatory approvals across states and territories, ensuring our campuses meet the highest standards.What You'll Do:Regulatory Leadership
- Lead regulatory approval processes for new and existing campuses.
- Serve as the primary liaison with state Boards of Nursing and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee documentation, submissions, site visits, and responses to regulatory bodies.
- Partner with campus presidents and internal teams to support program changes and new initiatives.
- Guide curriculum development to align with state and professional standards.
- Collaborate on applications, self-studies, and reports to ensure compliance.
- Ensure timely resolution of licensing and compliance issues.
- Support professional accreditation efforts and change reports.
- Participate in mock assessments and coach faculty through accreditation processes.
- Evaluate staff qualifications for regulatory compliance.
- Establish and support advisory committees for new campuses and online programs.
- Contribute to policy development and ensure fair application of academic standards.
- Represent the institution on committees and work groups related to compliance and campus development.
- Provide budget recommendations and support data collection for evaluations.
- Master's Degree in nursing required, PhD in nursing or a related discipline preferred.
- Five years of teaching and/or management experience in a higher education setting and experience with assessment, accreditation and regulatory approval processes required.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and develop positive relationships with state agency personnel.
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess state requirements that may not be explicit.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing, editing, and computer skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%-30%, including occasional overnight or out-of-state trips, as business needs require.
