BDC Representative ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointmentsRespond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templatesProvide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesPresent initial financing options based on customer needsFollow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-showParticipate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership managementUtilize CRM tracking system dailyBDC Representative QualificationsAt least one previous role based in customer service experienceExcellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improvePrompt and courteous demeanorPositive and hardworking personalityStrong computer skillsCompensation: $16-$18 per hour
