When needed, perform utility functions which include the placement of moulds on the line, and the removal of moulds from the line. Monitor moulds for spots and remove candy from mould when chocolate sticks. Supply inclusions at drop area of the creamers, and shell room high garnish depositor. Melt chocolate, wash moulds and perform house keeping duties as assigned.Primary job is packer, but required to perform any of the above mentioned utility work at leader discretion based upon crewing and scheduling requirements. Performing the utility duties will qualify for the Utility/Mould Feed rate of pay.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING.
