- Responsible for identification, qualification and prospecting qualified fiduciary and investment management clients for the firm.
- Identify and cultivate lead sources, pursue networking opportunities through professional association contacts and utilize available research and prospecting resources.
- Create and maintain a contact database and an active pipeline (30, 60, 90 days) for qualified prospects.
- Responsible for net AUM and revenue growth.
- Initiate and direct the preparation of marketing and presentation materials in conjunction with the marketing group and assemble the requisite firm resources to support the marketing and sales process.
- Serves as the primary client facing professional for assigned relationships.
- Works with all team members to develop and maintain the appropriate asset allocations and relationship strategies.
- Develops customized investments solutions, as necessary, to expand the client relationships.
- While working with the team, has ultimate responsibility for each client’s experience.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, with progressive assignments, including being responsible for a defined book of business, pipeline building skills, prospecting for new relationships, sales and client retention.
- Experience managing an extensive high net worth client book of business over $1M in annual revenue.
- Possess a thorough understanding of markets and investments, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational.
- Proficient at multi-tasking and meeting client deadlines, as well as having an extensive knowledge of the firm’s products and services.
- Maintains and continues to expand and leverage relationships with Centers of Influence.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.
- Proven time management skills are necessary.
- Series 65 license, 66 license or a qualifying designation (such as CFA, CFP, ChFC, CIC, and PFS) required.
- Some travel associated with client and prospect management may be necessary.
- Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
