- Partner closely with Intern Program Coordinator to deliver a high caliber student employment program.
- Work with business unit leadership to understand their staffing needs and internship requirements for the summer session and provide regular verbal and written progress updates.
- Ensure that all recruitment and selection efforts are consistent with all relevant policies and are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure recruiting process attracts and retains high potential diverse intern candidates
- Utilize electronic databases and other sourcing channels to source for candidates, such as Handshake and other platforms.
- Promote an employer brand in a positive and professional manner
- Coordinate with TAâs Talent Sourcing Team on outreach to universities and colleges to develop an appropriate qualified and diverse candidate pool of applicants for internships.
- Run weekly reports of intern data to show progress of intern candidates as they advance through the recruiting process.
- Proactively communicate with interns by providing information and answering internship questions.
- Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- May assist with intern sessions for summer interns.
- Stay informed of current practices related to recruiting and staffing.
- Assist with TA initiatives or projects.
- Campus recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Proficient with MS Office with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with managing data in Applicant Tracking Systems
