Pacific Golf & Turf is the Northwest's premium supplier of John Deere Golf and EZGO products. We are seeking a Service Advisor who is highly organized and loves to provide excellent customer service. We love to come to work, work hard, have fun, and be honest dependable partners for our customers.Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: To provide exceptional customer service as well as administrative support for the service department.General Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls directed to the service department and follow up with customers in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with Branch Manager assistance
  • Review & process technician notes. Ensure accuracy and that notes are presented in a way that is easy to understand
  • Preparing service quotes and relay to customers with Branch Manager assistance
  • Open, review, and close repair orders. Ensure accuracy and file warranty claims
  • Follow up on shorted warranty claims and recover as much as possible with Branch Manager assistance
  • Monitor recalls from manufacturers and ensure compliance
  • Assist with receiving new John Deere/EZ GO/Allied Equipment
  • Assist Golf and Turf Sales with admin duties
  • Work with Service Manager to achieve overall company goals as well as branch location goals
  • May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification Requirements:
  • HS diploma or equivalent with some applicable shop, service, or maintenance management/administration experience
  • Proficient and productive with Microsoft Word & Excel, typing 45 wpm, and 10-key calculator CRT/Data Entry and the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to lift a weight of 50# or more, on occasion
  • Ability to solve practical problems and to read/interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Successful candidate will have a positive attitude, proven communication skills, enjoy being part of a team, and a desire to provide great customer service
Day Shift: Monday – Friday
Wage: - $20-$22 per hour DOE
