They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team and support the accurate and timely processing of receivables. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for managing billing, posting payments, reconciling customer accounts, and ensuring timely collections. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance team.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.Apply customer payments to accounts and reconcile discrepancies.Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due accounts.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing or payment issues.Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, adjustments, and credit memos.Prepare reports on AR status, collections, and cash flow as requested.Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation as needed.Identify process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and strong Excel skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
