We're looking for an experienced Exterior Project Manager to lead residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing crews to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. You'll play a key part in delivering a smooth and successful experience for both the team and the client.Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of exterior restoration projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local codes.
- Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters as needed.
- Track project progress and update internal systems accordingly.
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions efficiently.
- Oversee final inspections and project handovers.
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential roofing/siding/gutters.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, JobNimbus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Base salary of $90,000 with on-target earnings up to $110,000 annually
- Includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match up to 6%
