You help them every day with regaining a piece of their independence and seeing their success. This position's primary duties include transferring, ambulating, assisting with exercises, gait training, stair climbing, and balance.   • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
  • Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
  • Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
  • Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants.

The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$66,830.40-$111,384.00. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
