Quality Technician at Enman Stamping & Assemblies140 Mansfield Industrial ParkwayMansfield, Ohio 44903The Quality Tech coordinates the activities required to implement and maintain the ISO-9001-2015 system. They provide quality training and utilize quality with continuous improvement tools to assure the effectiveness of the quality assurance program. You will be handling internal and external audits, customer complaints, corrective actions, etc. The candidate must be able to work as a team member in the continually improvement of production processes & procedures; work with customers to define and document their requirements. There is potential for advancement to Quality Supervisor. Pay will be based on experience and discussed during an interview.Major Responsibilities:
  • Implement, maintain & enhance the Quality Assurance Program
  • Lead by example as a Site & safety Leader
  • Conduct internal/external and/or supplier audits
  • Manage the non-conforming material process and perform data analysis
  • Manage the Calibration/Recall Systems for tools & equipment
  • Manage the corrective and preventive action process in ERP System, Plex
  • Create MWI’s work instructions
  • Answer customer questions, provide records, & document customer feedback
  • Manage the approval of suppliers, procurement of quality items & services
  • Contribute to the implementation of new procedures based on specification requirements within the company
  • Ensure changes to the Quality Assurance Program are documented by either revising the effected documents or reviewing the revised documents
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5 years Quality related experience, preferred but not required
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Stamping, Spot Weld, Mig & Tig Welding
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills
  • CMM Experience is plus
  • ERP Plex System Experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & Excel
  • Group facilitation skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • The successful candidate must be able to deal with diverse work groups and work overtime, as needed
  • Must be able to stand & walk for long periods of time
