ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Care representative you will be responsible for helping our current customers with any needs or questions they may have. This can include resolving issues, helping with claims, answering billing and coverage questions, obtaining and sending documents, answering phone calls and returning phone calls, and completing other administrative tasks.
