This leadership role puts you at the center of high-impact work—managing a talented team of engineers, delivering custom solutions, and shaping the future of secure, intelligent control systems.What You’ll Do:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in the design and deployment of HMI, PLC, and integrated automation software
- Manage project timelines, task follow-up, and team execution from concept to deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and clients to meet strategic goals
- Mentor and grow your team through training, career development, and recruiting
- Own departmental quality, performance, and process improvements
- Conduct regular team meetings and handle administrative responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites (approximately 10%)
- 3+ years leading engineering teams and managing technical projects
- Proficiency in electrical control design and reading schematics (AutoCAD a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience in automation, controls, or security technologies
- Ability to pass a government background check
- Background in access control, video surveillance, or intercom systems
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field
