Marketing Manager - FT

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities related to service lines to maximize business growth and success.
• Collect and analyze data related to service lines to gain insights and inform marketing strategies.
• Create budgets and marketing plans specifically tailored for grant proposals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate internal marketing communication services to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of marketing activities.
• Develop and deliver presentations on marketing activities, strategies, and policies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
