- Identify and capitalize on opportunities related to service lines to maximize business growth and success.
- Collect and analyze data related to service lines to gain insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Create budgets and marketing plans specifically tailored for grant proposals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate internal marketing communication services to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of marketing activities.
- Develop and deliver presentations on marketing activities, strategies, and policies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and embrace change.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Regular use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
- Some travel may be required for attending industry events, conferences, or meetings.
