
Family Enrollment & Support Specialist

- Promote seasonal or limited-time enrollment offers (e.g., scholarships, seasonal offers)
- Develop and maintain a lead-nurturing pipeline using CRM or tracking tools to follow up with prospective families
- Collaborate with marketing or CRM teams to push promotional content
- Identify and support at-risk families based on enrollment data, net promoter score (NPS) feedback, and intake assessments
- Provide personalized follow-up and resource navigation to reduce barriers to enrollment and care
- Build trusting, culturally responsive relationships through regular digital or phone check-ins
- Guide families step-by-step through the digital onboarding process, from application to first day
- Ensure families receive all necessary documentation, resources, and communication prior to start
- Coordinate with school leadership to ensure smooth transitions and preparedness
- Conduct proactive outreach to new and existing families during key touchpoints (e.g., first month, seasonal transitions)
- Manage feedback loops and satisfaction check-ins to resolve issues early and boost retention
- Collaborate with retention, marketing, operations, and CRM teams to implement retention strategies, such as family newsletters, virtual family engagement efforts, and milestone celebrations
- Assist schools with waitlist management, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system
- Support and encourage adoption of CRM tools among school staff to streamline family registration and communication
- Provide quality tour support for schools through pre and post tour support efforts to ensure the family has an informative and welcoming experience
- Establish and maintain a feedback loop with schools and families to continuously improve enrollment, tour, and other engagement processes

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Communications, or a related field or 5+ years equivalent work experience.
- Some travel may be required based on business needs
- 2+ years of experience in enrollment, outreach, customer success, or family engagement (preferably in a childcare setting)
- Experience with digital tools and platforms (email marketing, CCM Systems, CRM systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
- Digitally savvy and comfortable managing remote communication and virtual promotion
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
