- Warmly greet guests and efficiently manage check-in/check-out.
- Place welcome and departure calls per company standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle phone, voicemail, and email inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Complete and submit shift checklists accurately.
- Communicate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams.
- Review communication logs daily for seamless service.
- Verify and balance the cash drawer, reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a neat and organized front office environment.
- Perform concierge services.
- Assist with bellman duties as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Standing, walking, handling/fingering, reaching outward: Constantly
- Sitting, climbing, squatting/kneeling, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs: Occasionally
- Work involves a typical front office setting with frequent guest interactions.
- Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
