
Human Resources Intern

- Prepare HR-related reports (e.g., training budgets by department).
- Develop regional campaigns to promote company programs (Compassion Fund Awareness, Wellness Day, Wellness Incentives).
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support talent management, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support HR projects, process improvements, and policy updates.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to analyze workplace trends and develop training for field leaders.
- Assist in planning and executing employee development programs and company events.
- Present your work and recommendations to senior HR leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
- Partner with Recruiters to understand the screening process and assist with recruitment activities.
- Exposure to HR Operations, which includes Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or recruiting tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Willingness and ability to travel
