Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a Project Manager on cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling projects
2+ years of experience on cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling projects
RFI's, pricing and changes, being the face of the client, etc.
Knowledge of quick bid and onscreen takeoff processes
Work Environment:Based in Golden. 4 PM/Estimators, 3 Superintendents, 80 field people.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $52.88/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
