- Support repricing and Net Interest Margin (NIM) expansion initiatives for Commercial and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan portfolios.
- Assist in executing sales strategies by ensuring initiatives are communicated, quality reviews are performed, and progress is tracked against KPIs.
- Coordinate pipeline reviews, campaigns, team meetings, and achievement of performance goals.
- Map business opportunities, evaluate lead quality, and direct high-potential prospects to bankers.
- Monitor client calling activities, pipeline management, and closed deals, ensuring weekly compliance.
- Collaborates with Marketing on Campaigns, and Communications initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all LOBs in initiative execution.
- Facilitate communication between bankers and support functions including Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Finance.
- Improve coordination with Assistant Regional Directors (ARDs) and detection of early warning cases.
- Monitor operational risk issues and self-identified issues in partnership with the First Line of Defense (1LOD).
- Track and coordinate findings and responses across all LOBs.
- Support engagement with Compliance and Risk to anticipate and address regulatory requirements.
- Monitor balance fluctuations and alert leadership to significant changes.
- Prepare business review materials, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership.
- Assists with managing budgets, overing vendors, supporting resource allocation, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, sales strategy support, or a related role in financial services.
- Strong understanding of commercial and CRE lending products, profitability drivers, and NIM concepts.
- Experience with operational risk monitoring and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic execution mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
