
CLAIMS ANALYST

- Demonstrate strong Customer Service with ability to make decisions to mitigate losses quickly.
- Communicate with a sense of urgency to customers, carriers, and plants via phone and email.
- Investigate root cause of claims (transportation, plant, sales, customer error, etc.)
- Obtain required documentation needed to determine liability quickly.
- Review documentation and determine if the parties involved have provided the required information to process a claim.
- Gather data and relay it to sales teams to problem solve for customer accounts.
- Enter claims in Esker to be processed.
- Ability to process all claims, deductions, and customer DSO in designated time frames.
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Excellent and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-driven to learn and adapt quickly.
- Motivated team player.
- Ability to work in multiple types of computer systems.
- Extremely organized with ability to multitask.
- Determined to work projects through to completion even when outside the scope of the department.
- Prior experience handling customer accounts i.e., accounts receivables, claims, deductions and DSO preferred.
- Understands cash application processes in order to assist customer accounts preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

- Base salary range of $56,485 - $60,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
