- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Experience with Microsoft programs and general office administration is helpful.Position has an entry level salary of $37k, plus $1000 sign on bonus after 90 day probationary period. All licensing costs will be reimbursed with an additional $1000 bonus upon completion. Additional team earned bonuses offered throughout the year.
