- Providing clear pricing quotes to customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and data to customers.
- Responsible for organization of customer pricing.
- Responsible for collaboration with sales on pricing strategies into the overall business strategy.
- Responsible for creating and recommending pricing strategies and models to ensure profit margins.
- Responsible for design, implementation, and execution of pricing flow/quotation for customer.
- Ability to work with other departments and VAS operations/Project team on delivering pricing information.
- Ability to think and act critically and creatively to any unforeseen issues that arises during quotation process.
- Communicating daily with customers and answering customer emails hourly.
- Responsible for Daily- Weekly-Monthly customer calls and contact with VAS pricing manager.
- Responsible for key project documentation. (Creating, Housing, organizing, and retaining).
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- 2yr College Degree in one of the following areas or 3-5 years work experience in production (Fulfillment) environment.

- Experience using WMS software.
- PC literate with experience or knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
- English - Written / Oral is required.
- Spanish - Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
- Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
- Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
- Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.
- Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
- Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
- Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time.
- Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision.
- Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
- Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
- Combination of office and work environment, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
- Must be able to travel between facilities.
