Job description for a cashier includes:
  • Will be cross trained as line cook
  • Must meet age requirement of 18 or older due to serving alcohol
  • Must be able to work weekends/holidays
  • Open availability preferred
  • resolving customer complaints or issues
  • putting takeout orders in containers or bags
  • processing discounts and coupons
  • greeting customers as they arrive
  • answering customer questions
  • assisting with or taking customer orders
  • upselling and making recommendations
  • completing any refunds
  • maintaining cleanliness in register stations and tables
  • overseeing customer order completion
  • assisting kitchen staff as needed
  • processing payments and providing change and receipts
  • keeping bathrooms clean
  • keep lobby clean, includes wiping trays, taking trashes out, restocking, etc.
