- Lead the service team and follow all safety processes and practices.
- Set up and manage the onsite service team.
- Identify and build relationships with key person in customers.
- Establish baseline and improve on customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly checklist, and improve the coating performance.
- Responsible for internal and external reports.
- Customer issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Communicate with CSR Sales team, GBT team and PE team form a good team work to support the customer.
- Manage the site team performance, create SOPs, and develop the site team to achieve the business goals.
- Great communication, reporting, and presentation skills (Korean and English).
- 5+ years paint application background in an OEM paint shop or coatings environment.
- Understanding of product, process and the nature about OEM business.
- Strong technical competency with creative capability.
- Excellent networking capabilities and teamwork.
- Excellent analysis abilities.
- Ability in team daily management
- BS degree in Chemistry and/or engineering preferred.
