  • Passion for Teaching & Youth Development - Experience in education, youth programming, or enrichment activities preferred! 🎓🎭
  • Creative & Engaging Personality - Ability to keep kids excited, curious, and engaged in learning activities 🎨🧠
  • Great Communication Skills - Ability to connect with kids, families, and team members while leading activities effectively 🗣️👦👧
  • Organized & Adaptable - Comfortable leading structured activities while making adjustments to meet students' needs 📋
  • Certifications:
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or ASHI (must be obtained within 60 days of hire, no online only certifications accepted).
