The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and have a solid understanding of the industry. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making (120) calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Management: Utilize company provided resources as well as proactively identifying prospective clients in various ways including networking, cold calling and emails, and leveraging referrals from existing business relationships.
- Solution Development Based on Client Needs: Ability to understand client challenges around the services we provide and then develop and present efficient and effective solutions that support the unique needs of the client.
- Sales Presentations: Ability to deliver a compelling presentation that effectively articulates the value proposition of the services we provide.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships and identify additional opportunities for growth.
- Closing Sales and Ensuring Smooth Transitions: Ability to overcome objections with tailored solutions and successfully bring on clients, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Lifelong Learning: Be informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in the services we provide to effectively represent the organization and support company strategic goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and presenting information effectively.
