Please note that medical or religious exemption requests will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity. This requirement is in place to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and community. Clearance documentation will be due two weeks before assignment start. Incomplete documents will result in cancellation. Clearance appointment needs to be completed on Thursday (9/25) - recommended or Friday (9/26). Traveler will be assigned a primary unit - Surgical Peds, and will be trained and expected to float other Med/Surg units - Medical, Surgical/Peds, and TCU if needed.
