
ML Housekeeping Supervisor

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness and quality, updating room status as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and up to standard.
- Provide organization, guidance, and communication while reinforcing the resort’s high standards.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and linen closets are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Inspect VIP rooms and randomly check rooms for quality compliance, reporting any maintenance issues.
- Handle special guest requests and assist with deliveries, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain proper staffing levels and oversee the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
- Report any suspicious activity or hazardous conditions to the Loss Prevention Department and respond to guest inquiries.
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High School education preferred.
- Minimum six months of supervisory experience or one year of relevant housekeeping experience required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and Property Management Systems.
- Ability to read and write basic English for completing reports and forms.
- Capable of providing clear direction, instruction, and guidance to team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to exercise judgment and monitor staff performance effectively.
