- Predictive Analytics: Build predictive models and forecasts to support decision-making and drive business outcomes, leveraging machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Data Exploration: Explore and clean datasets to ensure data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing data anomalies, inconsistencies, and missing values.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking and monitoring mechanisms to assess the performance and impact of data analysis initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Business Insights: Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis findings, supporting decision-making and driving business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of results.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior data analysts, sharing expertise and best practices in data analysis, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib, and proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong statistical analysis skills, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series forecasting.
- Experience with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms, with proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
