- Main Shop Technicians, competitive flat rate based on skill level - We need experienced technicians for our busy shops. Preferred: either a current group leader or leadership experience with NYSI license
- Mid-level Technicians, competitive flat rate based on skill level - We need techs to perform mid-level maintenance and repair work. At least 1 year of shop experience required and NYSI license preferred
- All applicants must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass a drug screen and have an acceptable driving record

- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer
- Complete an MPI on every vehicle worked on
- Advises service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
- Documents all work performed and recommended electronically on the repair order
- Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician, keep in mind that customers’ vehicles should not be used for personal errands
- Interacts with customers in a professional and courteous manner (i.e., when asked to participate in a ride-along)
- Supervises work of any apprentice technicians as assigned
- Attends factory sponsored training classes
- Keeps current on factory technician bulletins
- Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean
- Keeps shop area neat and clean and is always able to account for all dealership-owned tools
- Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA, Right to Know, etc.
- Reports any safety issues immediately to management
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures, including the dress code

- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
