A well-established and rapidly growing dairy manufacturer (40+ years in business) is urgently seeking two Quality Assurance Managers to support their expanding operations. Each QA Manager will oversee one of their state-of-the-art facilities located about an hour south of Madison.This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives on the production floor, leading by example, mentoring teams, and ensuring the highest levels of food safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Quality Assurance programs, policies, and compliance initiatives (GMP, HACCP, SSOP, USDA, FDA).Train, mentor, and guide Quality Control Technicians from the floor.Oversee pre-shipment reviews, CCPs, audits (SQF, customer, annual), and validation studies.Direct inspection and sampling activities (temperature, weight checks, product testing).Collaborate with Plant and Sanitation Managers to uphold best practices in facility and equipment maintenance.Provide solutions through analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Qualifications3+ years of QA supervisory/management experience in food manufacturing.Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, USDA/FDA standards, and quality control systems.
