- Experience: 10+ years in progressive clinical leadership and senior nursing management roles.
- Administrative Expertise: Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams and major clinical operations.
- Physician Collaboration: Experience engaging medical staff leaders and working collaboratively with represented nursing units.
- Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of hospital outpatient and physician practice operations.
- License Requirement: Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
