Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting financial decision-making, forecasting, and analysis for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. This role offers the opportunity to work with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions and help the company achieve its financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to senior management.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Develop financial forecasts and perform variance analysis to track performance against budget.
  • Collaborate with leadership to make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
Financial Modeling & Planning:
  • Develop complex financial models for scenario analysis and business planning.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, profitability, and potential risks.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Strategic Financial Support:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions and initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating capital expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the financial planning and reporting process.
  • Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis:
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as requested by senior management or other departments.
  • Assist in preparing board-level presentations and executive reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:Education & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead financial analyst role.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis).
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
