- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide insights into financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to senior management.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Develop financial forecasts and perform variance analysis to track performance against budget.
- Collaborate with leadership to make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
- Develop complex financial models for scenario analysis and business planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, profitability, and potential risks.
- Present findings and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of business decisions and initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating capital expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the financial planning and reporting process.
- Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as requested by senior management or other departments.
- Assist in preparing board-level presentations and executive reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead financial analyst role.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record of providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
