This position plays a cricital role in safeguarding the organization's supply chain through proactive risk management, strategic counsel, and a committment to ethical and compliant business practices. As the Senior Attorney, Supply Chain, you will lead the negotiation and execution of supplier contracts across all spend categories (direct, indirect, IT, and logistics) to secure advantageous terms while mitigating risks. You will partner with the global procurement organization to identify legal and regulatory risks and develop contractual mitigation strategies to protect the company from supply disruptions. Experience in dispute resolution is preferred to increase insight into the downstream effects of contract negotiations. JD degree from an acreedited law school and a license to practice law in the United States. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a licensed attorney. Proven track record of at least 7 years negotiating supplier contracts efficiently and effectively while navigating various commercial and legal risk areas across a variety of markets/industries. Has excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to adapt the message to effectively share information with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively builds relationships at all levels of the organization and across stakeholders with different interesta and perspectives. Ability to maintain high quality in a team oriented, rapid paced, time sensitive environment. Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to visualize and communicate solutions.
