Associate Pricing Analyst

- Understand the pricing systems and their capabilities related to product price information, product costs, discount management and sales prices.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of price change processes; complete price updates in a timely manner, validating all changes.
- Communicate and generate price changes for domestic or subsidiary markets, producing catalog price lists for distribution to end customers.
- Coordinate with business leaders on creation and distribution of pricing materials.
- Create and run ad-hoc queries and reports for price analysis and review.
- Recommend and work with management to implement process improvements to ensure accurate and consistent price reporting.
- Own the accuracy and completeness of process documentation for assigned pricing tasks.
- Support open interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure a holistic understanding of organizational pricing.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field with a strong analytical background
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business or pricing environment
- Broad analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Strong decision-making ability with willingness to accept responsibility
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Excel and Access; SQL query skills are essential
- Background with corporate ERP system is beneficial
- Familiarity with Snap-on product lines is a plus
