- Scrutinize documents with a fine-toothed comb, identifying required client signatures and ensuring accurate processing.
- Determine the required signatures and outline the approval process for each document type.
- Act as a sleuth, obtaining and meticulously verifying supporting documentation to authenticate client statements.
- Shepherd documents through the review and approval process, ensuring they reach the signature stage without a hitch.
- Serve as a compliance champion, ensuring all documents align perfectly with relevant requirements and regulations.
- Bridge communication gaps between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth document approval processes.
- 3 – 5 practical experiences
- Previous experience in document preparation or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read real estate document and extract necessary information for document preparation preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service and presentation abilities.
- Ability to think and work independently with moderate supervision, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and creative mindset, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.
- Interest in the commercial real estate industry, property management, and gaining broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
