The Shady Grove Family YMCA is seeking part time certified swim instructors to teach one-on-one private swim lessons. This part time position starts at $16.00 per hour.DUTIES of a Private Swim InstructorApplicants should be enthusiastic and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts with a variety of ages.QUALIFICATIONS of a Private Swim InstructorCandidates must have attended a YMCA of Greater Richmond swim instructor training OR will complete within 6 months of hire and current CPR, AED, First Aid, and O2 certifications. Current YMCA/or American Red Cross Lifeguard/or Ellis certifications are desired but not necessary.**All applicants MUST provide copies of current certifications with applications.
