- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service/claims/call center experience.
- Solid employment record with shown tenure at previous companies.
- Must complete and pass typing data entry assessments.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers both verbally over the phone and electronically through email or smartphone app.
- Must have good grammar and spelling when documenting, communicating in writing, and inputting data.
- Process claims from start to finish and ensure customers are given the highest level of customer service. This includes but is not limited to: claim entitlement, dispatch, rate quote search, parts and labor rate negotiations, and additional follow-up as needed.
- Provide contract cancellation quotes and process cancellation requests when needed.
- Assist with contact entry and general administrative tasks as needed, including supply order requests.
- Ability to read and interpret terms and conditions.
- Basic understanding of smartphones and how mobile apps work.
- Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-manage time and priorities.
