Coordinate vendors, consultants, IT, and business staff for IT projects and procurements.
Oversee proposals, statements of work, and RFP responses.
Facilitate team development, accountability, and problem-solving.
Manage stakeholder relationships and project execution.
Track project progress in terms of schedule, cost, and risk.
Ensure consistent project delivery throughout the lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project budgets, plans, and schedules.
Adhere to project management practices and governance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and implement new approaches and systems.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle models.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience managing large projects.
Bachelor's degree.
PMP Certification through PMI.
Fluency in Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, Visio, Office).
